Hendersonville
Known as "The City by the Lake," there are many parks in Hendersonville along Old Hickory Lake. If you are a Frisbee golf and/or a model airplane enthusiast, you will enjoy
Sanders Ferry Park. This park features an 18-DISCatcher course, a model plane airstrip, picnic shelters, a boat ramp and fishing pier. Have a picnic at
Memorial Park, enjoy the kid’s kingdom playground, or play tennis. Enjoy a

walk by the lake and take time to feed the ducks.
Many music legends have called Hendersonville home, including Johnny and June Carter Cash, Conway Twitty, Roy Orbison, the Oak Ridge Boys, and newcomer Taylor Swift. Take a tour of
Trinity Music City, USA, originally built by country music legend, Conway Twitty. Free tours are available of the Trinity Broadcast Network auditorium, a virtual reality theater, as well as Conway’s original estate and gardens.
Enjoy shopping? Spend a day at Hendersonville's lifestyle center,
